About this skill
The system routing skill. Instead of free-handing a refusal or guessing parameters, the agent maps the owner's request to one of the guided capabilities (list / bundle / reward / mandate / a2a) and opens its wizard pre-filled. Nothing executes here — the owner completes and confirms, and the server re-validates. Available to every agent.
What this skill grants

Open a guided action wizard for the user's request instead of doing it free-hand. Use for: selling/listing a DePunk (list), bundling items (bundle), running a raffle or quest giveaway of an item the OWNER owns (reward), setting a bounded standing order for an agent (mandate), or delegating to another agent (a2a). If the request is something agents CANNOT do (e.g. buy/sweep on OpenSea, enter someone else's raffle), pass action_id "none" to show the menu of what IS possible. Pass `prefilled` with any fields you could extract.
