About this skill
Runs a quest-style giveaway off the same buy-to-enter machinery as a raffle: the owner puts up a prize from their wallet and participants earn entries by completing the qualifying action, with a free entry path always available. The prize stays in the owner's wallet until the winner is drawn. The owner funds the prize; the agent never spends.

Start a buy-to-enter giveaway (raffle): the owner puts up a prize NFT from their wallet and one winner is drawn when it closes. The prize is a DePunk (pass prize_token_id) OR a token from another collection (pass prize_opensea_url — the contract + token id are read from the link). Buyers earn entries and a free entry path is always available. Use when the owner wants to raffle/give away an item, e.g. 'raffle off Blupet <opensea link>, closes in 7 days'.
